You can get roaches from the grocery store or a visitor could bring one with them when they come by to say hi. My sister came by one night & I slapped the crap out of her, she had a roach she carried in on her back, … Earlier poster is correct — I would bet that your residence falls under the SFH guidelines which makes the tenant responsible for pest control (theory is, the tenant is is complete control of the living environment since no wall adjoin another residence).
