Even the spokesperson quoted in the article says: “Isolated pest control occurs in any large residential building, although we have seen an increase in reported problems lately.” … I’ve been at 277 Avenue C for a month and already I’ve seen 2 roaches .. A little odd considering our buildings are supposed to be constructed to prevent that sort of thing.
